Day One – Historic Pub Crawl with Costumed Guide
Today we’ll begin our Boston culinary adventure! Boston’s rich history and diverse culture provides the ultimate backdrop for our fun-filled gourmet extravaganza! This afternoon, we’ll check into our Boston area hotel for a relaxing three-night stay. Take some time to freshen up before meeting our 18th century costumed guide to lead us on our fun-filled Historic Pub Crawl! Visit the real headquarters where the American Revolution was brewed – Bell in Hand, Green Dragon, Union Oyster House, and The Point. At each pub taste some contemporary Boston fare and enjoy four different sample-size Sam Adams beers.

Day Two – Freedom Trail, Chocolate tour, Sam Adams Brewery Tour
Enjoy a relaxing breakfast this morning before embark on a tour of Boston’s historic Freedom Trail. Highlights include, The Boston Common, Old State House, Park Street Church and USS Constitution. Enjoy free time at Faneuil Hall Marketplace for free time and lunch on our own. This afternoon, we’ll tour Boston’s only Chocolate Factory -Taza Chocolate! Enjoy a ‘behind the scenes tour’ of the factory, enjoy samples and view their amazing vintage chocolate making machines as they create chocolate from ‘bean-to-bar’! We’ll end the afternoon with a tour of the famous Samuel Adams brewery! Learn the history and then drink it! Tonight, we’ll enjoy a delicious dinner at Maggiano’s Little Italy with a private cooking demonstration by one of their talented Chefs and learn how to create one of their signature pasta dishes step by step! Even receive the recipe to take home with us!

Day Three – North End Italian Culinary tour and luncheon & Boston Harbor Cruise
Start the day with a hearty breakfast, before setting out for our North End Culinary tour which will include a brief history of an Italian American neighborhood. Our guide will weave in the cultural and history of the neighborhood while we enjoy the colorful sights, tantalizing aromas and authentic tastes of America’s most vibrant Italian neighborhood. Learn about the most important Italian ingredients; olive oils, balsamic vinegars, olives cheese, as well as pastries, cannoli, biscotti and other confections. Following the tour, enjoy lunch at one of the guide’s favorite trattorias! This afternoon, a trip to Boston would not be complete without a Boston Harbor Cruise! Sit back, relax and enjoy the salt kissed breeze as we take in the beautiful coastal scenery. Tonight, we’ll savor one of New England’s most popular seafood delicacies – Lobster! Enjoy a traditional Lobster dinner with all the fixings at one of Boston’s popular seafood restaurants!

This morning, enjoy breakfast before we depart for home with delicious memories of our Boston Culinary adventure!
