Day One – Welcome to the enchanted Eastern Townships of Quebec!
This afternoon, arrive in the enchanting Eastern Townships of Quebec where the colours of Autumn abound! Arrive at your resort in the Eastern Townships for a fun-filled four-night stay! Take time to settle in before gathering for a welcome dinner together.

Day Two – Bleu Lavande, Upland Cultural/Heritage Center, High Tea & Sherbrooke Murals tour
This morning, enjoy breakfast before setting out with our local Tour Guide for a fun day of exploration! Begin with a visit to Bleu Lavande. Enjoy a guided tour of this Lavender Farm offering an immersion into the lavender culture in Quebec. Explore the lavender fields and floral gardens, interpretation center, and an immersive experience created by Moment Factory, along with time in the beautiful boutique offering a wide range of products made with lavender essential oil. Then it’s off to the Uplands Cultural and Heritage Centre for a tour with guides dressed in period costumes, followed by a High Tea! This afternoon, set off for a guided walking (or driving) tour of Sherbrooke along with visits to the city’s beautiful murals. These giant works of art that mark the landscape of the downtown tell the remarkable history of this lively city! Tonight, enjoy a planned dinner at one of the city’s popular restaurants.

Day Three – Cheese farm and tasting, Blackcurrant Farm demo/tasting & Gondola ride or Walkway footbridge
After breakfast, set out for another delicious day of exploration! Venture out into the countryside for a visit to Fromagerie La Station for a guided tour and tasting! Learn how they make their delicious cheeses, view their barns and cows, and finish off with a sampling of delicious cheeses! Continue to Domaine Ives Hill where you’ll discover the flavors of blackcurrant in a different way! Enjoy a demonstration and samples! This afternoon venture to Mount Orford for a scenic Gondola ride to the top or visit Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook for a short hike crossing the longest suspended footbridge in North America! Later this afternoon, return to your resort and enjoy a planned dinner this evening.
